What You'll Do11
- 1Review and verify customer orders to ensure correct part numbers and product selections
- 2Identify and resolve order discrepancies promptly and accurately
- 3Process shipments via UPS LTL FedEx and other carriers
- 4Maintain accurate inventory records for incoming and outgoing shipments
- 5Pick pack and prepare service parts and finished goods for dispatch
- 6Perform monthly cycle counts and monitor inventory levels
- 7Manage stock levels of cartons tape crates clamps foam and other packing materials
- 8Provide professional customer service through phone email and in-person interactions
- 9Operate forklifts pallet handlers hand trucks RF scanners and other material-handling equipment
- 10Follow shipping documentation including bills of lading to guarantee accurate processing
- 11Collaborate with team members to sustain efficient workflow and timely order completion
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 2 years warehouse experience
- 2Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry
- 3Ability to communicate clearly with customers
- 4Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- 5Experience with shipping processes using RF scanners
- 6Knowledge of inventory control cycle counts
- 7Forklift and material-handling equipment operation
- 8Strong attention to detail for order picking and packaging
- 9Customer service oriented mindset
- 10Familiarity with packaging materials such as cartons tape crates clamps and foam
- 11Experience in smaller warehouse environments with limited teams
