What You'll Do11
- 1Unload full truckload trailers without equipment handling cartons of shoes clothing and other products
- 2Read and interpret SKUs product labels and PRO numbers to ensure correct identification and routing
- 3Palletize products accurately by placing items on specific pallets according to SKU and receiving instructions
- 4Separate and organize bulk products in the receiving bay to prepare for stocking inventory and fulfillment
- 5Count items verify quantities and document discrepancies as needed
- 6Support inventory processes by ensuring correct labeling stickering and tracking
- 7Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working efficiently in a dynamic warehouse environment
- 8Adhere to proper lifting techniques and safe material handling practices
- 9Remain at workstation during busy periods and respond promptly to driver arrivals
- 10Adapt to fluctuating workloads and potential downtimes of 15–45 minutes
- 11Collaborate with team members demonstrating a team-oriented mindset

- 1Ability to manually unload trailers and handle physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift
- 2Strong attention to detail for accurate SKU label and PRO number reading
- 3Capability to count accurately perform simple math and write legibly for documentation
- 4Comfort working with e-commerce focused inventory including shoes apparel and various products
- 5Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and safely handle repetitive lifting of 20–25 pound items
