What You'll Do7
- 1Pick orders accurately using RF scanners and build pallets to spec, meeting daily productivity targets.
- 2Load and unload trucks with pallet jacks and cherry pickers, ensuring safe handling of freight.
- 3Maintain inventory records by scanning items and updating WMS in real time, flagging discrepancies.
- 4Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify counts against packing lists, reporting issues immediately.
- 5Prepare outgoing orders by staging, wrapping, and labeling pallets for timely dispatch.
- 6Keep the warehouse organized and clean, following safety protocols for equipment and lifting.
- 7Collaborate with teammates to hit fulfillment deadlines and suggest process improvements.
Requirements5
- 11+ years operating warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- 2Strong attention to detail for accurate picking, packing, and inventory counts.
- 3Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for full shifts in a physically demanding role.
- 4Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy in a high-volume warehouse.
- 5Reliable attendance and willingness to work Thursday-Monday, 9:00 PM-5:30 AM.
