What You'll Do9
- 1Load and unload shipments from trailers using RF scanners and pallet jacks
- 2Pick orders accurately and pack items for shipment with shrink wrap and tape machines
- 3Stage products in designated areas and rotate inventory to maintain freshness
- 4Scan and label packages to ensure correct tracking and delivery
- 5Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and delays
- 6Partner with team leads on daily quotas and resolve order discrepancies
- 7Operate electric pallet jacks and walkie riders to move heavy loads
- 8Verify counts and match packing lists to physical inventory
- 9Follow safety protocols and report equipment issues immediately
Requirements7
- 11+ years in a warehouse or distribution center
- 2Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8-10 hour shifts
- 3Proficiency with RF scanning and inventory management systems
- 4Comfortable operating pallet jacks and manual lifts
- 5Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- 6High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 7Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime
