Warehouse Associate, Food Distribution & Onsite Logistics
Overview
Own the hands-on execution of warehouse tasks in a multi-temperature facility supporting thousands of restaurant deliveries. You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts, pick and stage orders, and ensure accuracy and safety at scale. You will collaborate with a multi-functional team to maintain clean, organized processes and support routes and shipments. What You'll Do8
- 1Build accurate pallets and prepare customer orders in a high-velocity environment
- 2Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse
- 3Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify accuracy and quality
- 4Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track orders and inventory
- 5Select and lift products for orders using voice-directed picking systems
- 6Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area complying with sanitation and safety standards
- 7Read labels, count products, and complete order paperwork
- 8Support team with cleaning and additional duties as needed
Requirements5
- 1Valid forklift certification and 1yr+ of safe equipment operation
- 2Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred
- 3Comfort working in temperatures including freezer and cooler environments
- 4Strong attention to detail and teamwork
- 5Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
