Overview
You will own inbound and outbound warehouse tasks at a 17.2B distribution center serving 4.5M customers. You will operate scanning equipment and handle PIE vehicles to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets. What You'll Do7
- 1Unload, sort, label, replenish, audit, and pack products to meet customer expectations for quality and delivery speed.
- 2Operate computerized scanning equipment to track inventory and maintain accuracy in a OSHA-compliant environment.
- 3Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as directed by leadership.
- 4Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, handling Hazardous Material per regulations.
- 5Lift, slide, and lower packages up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- 6Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck) when certified.
- 7Collaborate with team members to achieve daily DC goals and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements6
- 118+ years old and authorized to work in the US.
- 2Ability to frequently lift, slide, and lower packages up to 75 pounds.
- 3Comfort working on feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust around moving equipment.
- 4Ability to receive feedback and work effectively in a team environment.
- 5Preferred: previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience in fast-paced settings.
- 6Preferred: experience operating Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett, or Turret Truck.
