What You'll Do19
- 1Order Fulfillment pick verify pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- 2Package products using proper materials while ensuring orders meet company quality standards
- 3Prepare shipments according to established carrier and customer requirements
- 4Assist with freight shipments and special shipping requests
- 5Receive inspect and organize incoming inventory
- 6Verify shipments against purchase orders and receiving documents
- 7Report shortages damages or inventory discrepancies
- 8Maintain accurate inventory through system transactions cycle counts and audits
- 9Assemble kits and package products according to established specifications
- 10Identify and report quality concerns or product defects
- 11Utilize warehouse equipment barcode scanners computers and company software to complete daily tasks
- 12Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely when trained and authorized
- 13Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
- 14Follow all company procedures and safety policies
- 15Cross-train in multiple warehouse functions
- 16Assist coworkers and other departments as business needs require
- 17Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors
- 18Participate in training and continuous improvement efforts
- 19Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2Basic computer and data entry skills
- 3Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- 4Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 5Reliable attendance and punctuality
- 6Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
- 7Ability to bend reach twist squat and perform repetitive movements
- 8Ability to frequently use hands for scanning assembling packaging and handling products
- 9Ability to safely lift carry and move products weighing up to 50 pounds
- 10Ability to work safely around warehouse equipment and moving inventory
- 11Experience working in a fast-paced production or distribution environment is preferred
