What You'll Do11
- 1Design and build efficient BI solutions aligned with IT and data strategy
- 2Develop architectural patterns for data asset management across acquisition archival and purge phases
- 3Collaborate with IT and business partners to integrate BI tools
- 4Act as technical expert for data modeling and BI technologies
- 5Mentor junior resources and guide best practices for data processing workflows
- 6Manage complex tasks and projects while troubleshooting production issues
- 7Perform root-cause analysis to resolve system bottlenecks
- 8Drive adoption of Microsoft Fabric and Azure solutions
- 9Stay current with emerging technologies to enhance data-driven decision making

Requirements10
- 1Minimum 10 years data warehousing experience supporting ETL reporting and advanced query design
- 2Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3SQL Server development proficiency with T-SQL stored procedures optimization SSIS SSRS
- 4Proven track record of delivering results in technical leadership roles
- 5Strong knowledge of Power BI Tableau or similar BI tools
- 6Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS Azure and container orchestration Kubernetes
- 7Experience in financial services sector preferred
- 8Ability to translate complex technical concepts for cross-functional stakeholders
- 9Demonstrated ability to work in hybrid environments with focus on work-life balance
- 10Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to evolving technology landscapes
Salary Insight
$200 - $270k per year
