Lead the technology domain supporting Private Credit and Global Real Estate. Own delivery execution architecture and data strategy across asset classes.
What You'll Do11
- 1Leading the end-to-end technology strategy and execution for Private Credit and Global Real Estate platforms
- 2Managing and developing subordinate leaders and teams delivering critical front-to-back investment technology solutions
- 3Owning core private credit platforms including Allvue Everest supporting portfolio management credit analysis and trade workflows
- 4Driving the architecture and integration of real estate technology platforms supporting complex real estate investment operations and reporting
- 5Defining and executing a modern data strategy leveraging Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms to unify investment portfolio and operational data
- 6Enabling advanced analytics reporting and AI use cases by building scalable governed data pipelines and architectures
- 7Translating business strategy into scalable technology and data roadmaps aligned to private markets growth
- 8Delivering complex initiatives across cloud data and AI-enabled solutions to improve investment insights and operational efficiency
- 9Ensuring solutions meet regulatory risk and data governance requirements across private markets
- 10Leading vendor strategy and optimization across third-party platforms including credit and real estate systems
- 11Extensive experience leading technology organizations in financial services with strong exposure to private markets
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Experience with private credit platforms such as Allvue Everest
- 3Strong knowledge of global real estate technology platforms like Yardi MRI or RealPage
- 4Proven experience designing and implementing cloud-based data platforms including Snowflake
- 5Ability to lead managers and senior engineers in a complex global organization
