What You'll Do9
- 1Own daily cleaning operations for interior and exterior spaces
- 2Maintain sparkling silverware and dish ware stations
- 3Ensure restrooms remain spotless and well stocked
- 4Follow local health department safety protocols
- 5Stock Cook Line Server and Utility areas with necessary supplies
- 6Organize utility zones for efficient workflow
- 7Report facility issues to management immediately
- 8Collaborate with staff to deliver just-in-time service
- 9Drive continuous improvement in cleaning standards
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience maintaining commercial kitchen environments
- 23-5 seasons leading cleaning teams
- 3AWS Certified technician or equivalent experience
- 4Sparkle Silverware program certification preferred
- 5Certified Professional Cleaner credential required
- 6OSHA 30 safety training mandatory
- 7Proven ability to work independently in fast paced settings
- 8Strong organizational skills with detail orientation
- 9Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- 10Commitment to exceptional guest satisfaction through cleanliness
