What You'll Do7
- 1Thoroughly wash dishes pots pans utensils and equipment using proper cleaning techniques and sanitizing procedures
- 2Assist with food preparation tasks including basic chopping or ingredient handling under supervision
- 3Ensure all food service areas are kept clean and organized according to sanitation standards
- 4Support bussing duties by clearing tables and transporting used dishware to the dishwashing station
- 5Follow food safety management protocols to prevent contamination and ensure health regulation compliance
- 6Operate kitchen equipment safely including dishwashers sinks and other cleaning tools
- 7Handle heavy lifting of large pots crates of supplies or bulk dishware following manual handling guidelines
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in food service or restaurant background
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA certification acceptable
- 5AWS Certified cloud knowledge beneficial
- 6Food safety management training required
- 7Manual handling skills demonstrated
- 8Commercial dishwasher operation proficiency
- 9Strong attention to cleanliness organization and detail in maintaining hygiene standards
