What You'll Do7
- 1Clean all cutlery glassware pots pans and plates using commercial machines or hand-washing when required
- 2Sweep and mop floors wipe down work surfaces and keep the dish station orderly
- 3Empty trash cans break down cardboard boxes and take garbage to the dumpster
- 4Put away clean dishes and unload food or supply deliveries
- 5Check machine temperatures and chemical levels reporting any broken gear to managers
- 6Maintain physical stamina standing and walking for eight hour shifts lifting up to fifty pounds
- 7Drive operational efficiency by supporting kitchen workflow
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Physical Stamina ability to stand and walk for eight hour shifts lifting up to fifty pounds
- 3Work Environment comfortable working in a hot humid and fast-paced setting
- 4Availability willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- 5Qualifications no formal education required past kitchen experience or a local food handler card is preferred
