What You'll Do11
- 1Scrape and rinse dishes by hand or place them in racks for machines
- 2Wash pots pans and trays according to procedures
- 3Polish silver using burnishing machine tumbler chemical dip buffing wheel and hand cloth
- 4Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation
- 5Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined
- 6Keep dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards
- 7Sweep and mop kitchen floors
- 8Wash worktables walls refrigerators meat blocks and other food prep surfaces
- 9Remove trash and steam clean garbage cans
- 10Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- 11Help load and unload supplies and products

- 1One year of previous kitchen experience is preferred
- 25+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
