What You'll Do12
- 1Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to efficiently clean dishes pots pans utensils and kitchen tools
- 2Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure all items meet health standards
- 3Assist with basic food preparation tasks including cleaning vegetables or organizing supplies
- 4Bypass dirty dishes from stations to designated cleaning areas while maintaining workflow efficiency
- 5Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas remain tidy during service hours
- 6Handle manual lifting of heavy pots trays and boxes safely according to kitchen health and safety standards
- 7Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas through regular sanitation practices
- 8Experience previous work in restaurant or food service environment preferred training provided
- 9Familiarity with food handling and sanitation procedures advantageous
- 10Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- 11Strong understanding of kitchen health and safety standards to prevent accidents and ensure compliance
- 12Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing high volume kitchen operations
- 3Previous experience working in restaurant or food service environment
- 4Knowledge of basic knife skills for assisting with food prep tasks
- 5Strong understanding of kitchen health and safety standards
