Overview
Clean and transport all cookware while maintaining kitchen organization. This role requires strong sanitation habits and teamwork. You will support the executive chef to ensure efficient kitchen operations. The position offers a chance to work in a historic downtown Chicago hotel.
What You'll Do5
- 1Clean and sanitize all china glassware silverware pots and pans
- 2Ensure adequate supply of kitchenware for opening shifts
- 3Maintain cleanliness of ovens grills stoves hoods fryers slicers steam kettles tables and floors
- 4Assist culinary staff during special requests or priorities
- 5Perform multiple tasks simultaneously in busy environments
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Proficiency in AWS services
- 3Experience with Kubernetes platforms
- 4Strong understanding of React frameworks
- 5Certified in CPC Card program
