Dishwasher Job Chicago Restaurant
Overview
Own and execute daily dishwashing operations at Bob Chinn's Crab House in Chicago. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing dishes utensils and equipment while maintaining a clean dishroom. This role reports directly to Kitchen Managers and involves occasional extra duties. Ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced kitchen environments.
What You'll Do6
- 1Operate dish machines according to company and manufacturer specifications
- 2Use precise measurements of detergent and sanitizer during washing cycles
- 3Restock all necessary tableware cookware and cookware
- 4Remove trash and break down clean sanitize dish machines after shifts
- 5Maintain organized dish and storage areas throughout workday
- 6Assist with general restaurant cleaning tasks as directed by management
Requirements7
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Knowledge of basic sanitary guidelines
- 3Understanding of English language communication skills
- 4Ability to lift 35 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally
- 5Valid hearing with correction
- 6Vision 20/20 with correction
- 7Experience with AWS Certified solutions
