Utility Associate, Private School Kitchen

You will own sanitation and kitchen support in a busy private-school kitchen, ensuring every meal service runs on clean dishes and organized supplies. What You'll Do8
- 1Wash and sanitize all food production equipment and service ware using the dish machine and three-bay sinks.
- 2Remove trash and waste to designated areas according to the cleaning schedule.
- 3Maintain a clean and safe work area following health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- 4Receive, unpack, rotate, and stow deliveries into the correct refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms.
- 5Keep floors clean and free of hazards throughout the kitchen and dining room.
- 6Follow COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation protocols from the client and company.
- 7Operate dish and sanitation equipment safely and report any maintenance issues.
- 8Assist with kitchen setup and breakdown for both morning and evening shifts.
Requirements7
- 11+ year of food-service or institutional kitchen experience preferred.
- 2Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- 3Communicative English required; bilingual candidates welcome.
- 4Tolerance for hot and humid kitchen conditions.
- 5Safe operation of commercial dish machine and three-bay sinks.
- 6Reliable attendance for both morning and evening shifts.
- 7Food handler certification is a plus, not required.
