What You'll Do9
- 1Provide routine information regarding Credit Union services, products and promotions, eligibility for membership
- 2Cross sell appropriate products and services based on individual member needs
- 3Maintain comprehensive knowledge of regulations and internal policies
- 4Process new accounts share draft accounts certificates of deposit and card issuance
- 5Ensure accurate transaction handling aligned with established standards
- 6Address member concerns resolve issues and direct appropriate resources
- 7Assist with account balancing payroll distribution and research
- 8Uphold Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering compliance
- 9Complete annual BSA training as mandated by SunWest Credit Union
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with formal and on the job training
- 21-3 years banking experience
- 3Valid driver’s license
- 4Understanding of credit union operations and philosophy
- 5Proficiency with MS Office Word Excel and Outlook
- 6Ability to meet productivity standards under ADA FMLA guidelines
- 7Capacity to lift 10 pounds and communicate effectively via phone

$40 - $46k per year
