Overview
We seek a Universal Banker at our North Oak branch to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive success for NASB. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding service, support mortgage sales through referrals, and contribute to branch growth. This role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do8
- 1Provide outstanding customer service, greet customers, answer phones, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
- 2Assist with account selection and financial services while supporting retention and branch sales goals
- 3Perform daily operations including account opening, cash controls, and fraud prevention
- 4Handle transactions and complete CIP requirements accurately
- 5Support marketing initiatives and participate in branch promotions
- 6Adhere to BSA/AML compliance and other bank policies
- 7Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with customers
- 8Learn products and procedures quickly and manage time efficiently
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma GED or foreign equivalent required with preference for college degree or military equivalent
- 2One year retail or sales experience engaging customers and making product recommendations
- 3Credit and background checks required
- 4Ability to work Monday Friday and alternate Saturday mornings
- 5Strong communication skills and adaptability to explain NASB products
- 6Basic math skills and attention to detail
- 7Bilingual ability desired
- 8Physical capability to lift 25 pounds occasionally
