What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver consultative conversations and sound financial advice to boost member satisfaction
- 2Process applications fund consumer loans and submit qualified referrals
- 3Open maintain and close savings checking certificates and retirement accounts
- 4Open specialty accounts such as business trust and estate solutions
- 5Assist members with online banking direct deposit and account maintenance
- 6Act as subject matter expert providing support to branch teams
- 7Lead de-escalation of member concerns using judgment and policy knowledge
- 8Ensure compliance with security protocols and manage audit cash ordering tasks
- 9Perform teller transactions and provide multi-channel member communication
- 10Support branch operations through auditing and vault responsibilities
- 11Drive growth by encouraging adoption of digital banking services
Requirements8
- 15+ years lending experience in a financial institution
- 2NMLS license required
- 3Bilingual ability preferred
- 4High school diploma or GED
- 5Ability to work weekdays Monday through Saturday 8am to 6pm
- 6Compliance with federal regulations including Bank Secrecy Act and AML
- 7Proficiency in Microsoft Office Teams and Zoom platforms
- 8Thorough knowledge of Employee Handbook and organizational policies
