Overview
Manage database maintenance and coordinate unit schedules for Unit Coordinators. Oversee scheduling, communication, and education support while acting as a resource and preceptor. Provide support in a full-time onsite and remote hybrid environment.

- 1Maintain databases spreadsheets and project documents used by Unit Coordinators
- 2Distribute daily surgical schedules for departmental review
- 3Assist with ongoing education and communicate changes
- 4Serve as a resource and preceptor to new employees
- 5Work in a hybrid model with 90 percent remote and onsite shifts in Mint Hill
- 6Tolerate lengthy periods of sitting and physical demands
- 7Use hands for precise computer work and operate peripherals
- 8Demonstrate knowledge of standard precautions for blood exposure
- 9Lift push pull objects up to 20 pounds
- 10Walk stretch bend climb stairs twist and squat or kneel
- 11Perform data entry on mainframes
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or GED required
- 21 year experience as a UCI or equivalent preferred
- 36 months computer operation experience with data entry on a mainframe preferred
- 4Notary required
- 5Physical stamina for standing walking and climbing stairs
- 6Depth perception normal and color discrimination
- 7Vision distance up to 20 feet
- 8Ability to handle stressful situations
- 9Knowledge of standard precautions for bloodborne pathogens
- 10Experience with cloud-based scheduling systems
