UKG Systems Administrator - Enterprise Workforce Management Platform
Overview
Design and maintain a scalable enterprise Workforce Management solution for a large healthcare organization. Own administration configuration optimization and support across all systems. Collaborate with HR Payroll Labor Relations Clinical Operations Finance and IT teams. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build design and implement secure scalable infrastructure using AWS and Kubernetes
- 2Develop automated ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 3Lead debugging and troubleshooting for critical production issues
- 4Drive migration of legacy systems to modern cloud platforms
- 5Own scaling strategies for workforce analytics dashboards
- 6Implement proactive monitoring and alerting for system performance
- 7Create documentation and knowledge base for all administrative processes
- 8Partner with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals
- 9Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards
- 10Optimize resource allocation through data-driven analysis
- 11Mentor junior administrators and share best practices
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing Kubernetes clusters and AWS environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified preferred
- 55+ years experience with Workforce Management platforms
- 63-5 years supporting 24/7 operations
- 7BCBA certification valued
- 85+ years implementing security controls in cloud environments
- 92-5 years expertise in Python scripting
- 101 year leading migration projects
