What You'll Do11
- 1Be a Proactive Community Ambassador representing TurboTax locally and acting as a public face of the brand
- 2Lead marketing initiatives to make taxes accessible and approachable through outreach
- 3Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for simple to complex situations
- 4Create best-in-class customer experiences through professionalism and genuine interest
- 5Deliver personalized tax planning advice and facilitate discovery sessions
- 6Interact with customers in-person and via video tools to resolve inquiries
- 7Build long-term relationships by connecting with clients on a personal level
- 8Contribute to growing TurboTax’s client base within the local community
- 9Maintain compliance with all state licensing and tax preparation requirements
- 10Work onsite Sunday through Saturday with a minimum of 20 hours weekly
- 11Collaborate with a network of growth-minded professionals and marketers
Requirements11
- 1Active EA CPA or attorney license with 3+ years of tax preparation experience
- 2Valid PTIN and state licenses or ability to obtain them
- 3Familiarity with Circular 230 regulations
- 4Bilingual English Spanish communication skills preferred
- 5Ability to work in a front-facing retail environment wearing a TurboTax uniform
- 6Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- 7Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing
- 8Willingness to develop social media presence aligned with Intuit policies
- 9Entrepreneurial mindset to grow customer portfolios independently
- 10Commitment to fast-paced independent work environment
- 11Residence within the United States
