What You'll Do11
- 1Be a Proactive Community Ambassador representing TurboTax locally
- 2Engage prospects and nurture leads through outreach
- 3Lead marketing initiatives to make taxes accessible
- 4Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns
- 5Deliver best-in-class customer experiences
- 6Interact with customers in person and via video tools
- 7Address client challenges while overcoming tax obstacles
- 8Build local and online social presence aligned with Intuit policies
- 9Maintain active PTIN and relevant state licenses
- 10Work Sunday through Saturday with 20 hour weekly commitment
- 11Collaborate with growth-minded professionals
Requirements10
- 1Active EA CPA or attorney license with tax preparation experience
- 2Current PTIN and state licenses
- 3Minimum 3 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns
- 4Familiarity with Circular 230
- 5Bilingual English Spanish communication skills
- 6Experience in holistic tax advisory services
- 7Willingness to wear TurboTax uniform
- 8Front-facing retail environment preference
- 9Reside within United States
- 10Entrepreneurial mindset with business ownership attitude
Salary Insight
$64 - $71k per year
