What You'll Do9
- 1Be a Proactive Community Ambassador representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects to convert leads into loyal clients.
- 2Lead marketing initiatives using TurboTax tools to make tax topics accessible and approachable.
- 3Provide hands‑on tax advice and prepare returns for simple to complex situations in clear language.
- 4Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions maximize refunds and offer future tax planning advice.
- 5Deliver a Best in Class customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in client goals.
- 6Interact with customers in person and via video tools to resolve inquiries and challenges.
- 7Contribute to expanding TurboTax’s local presence by participating in community events and building online presence.
- 8Maintain compliance with all tax regulations and utilize resources like government websites and professional tools.
- 9Operate Monday through Saturday meeting a minimum of twenty hours weekly in a front‑facing retail environment.
Requirements9
- 1Active unrestricted EA CPA or attorney license with proven tax preparation experience.
- 2Current Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and relevant state licenses or permits.
- 3At least three years of paid experience filing thirty or more federal and state 1040 returns using professional software.
- 4Familiarity with IRS Circular 230 and ability to work onsite five days per week.
- 5Bilingual English Spanish communication skills preferred.
- 6Passion for holistic tax advisory beyond filing and willingness to develop a personal brand as a TurboTax expert.
- 7Entrepreneurial mindset with self‑driven approach to grow client portfolio.
- 8Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- 9Residence within the United States and capacity to meet onsite scheduling demands.
Salary Insight
$64 - $71k per year
