What You'll Do11
- 1Be a Proactive Community Ambassador representing TurboTax locally and act as a public face of the brand.
- 2Lead marketing initiatives to make taxes accessible and drive client acquisition.
- 3Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for simple to complex situations.
- 4Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
- 5Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest.
- 6Interact with customers in-person and via video tools to resolve inquiries.
- 7Create a loyal, multi-year relationship by connecting with clients on a personal level.
- 8Work onsite at a TurboTax location Monday through Saturday for at least 20 hours weekly.
- 9Maintain active PTIN and relevant state licenses or permits.
- 10Operate in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- 11Collaborate with Intuit’s network of professionals for marketing and growth.
Requirements11
- 1Active unrestricted EA CPA or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
- 2Current Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required.
- 3State licenses certificates permits or bonds as needed.
- 4Minimum 3 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns annually.
- 5Familiarity with Circular 230 regulations.
- 6Ability to work onsite in retail or flagship locations full-time.
- 7Bilingual English Spanish communication skills preferred.
- 8Passion for holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
- 9Willingness to wear TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail environment.
- 10Attributes: Empathetic, entrepreneurial, strong communicator, adaptable.
- 11Experience building social presence and engaging community through content creation.
