Intuit seeks motivated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in US locations. This role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help customers achieve financial goals while supporting Intuit’s mission of Powering Prosperity Around the World.
What You'll Do11
- 1Be a Proactive Community Ambassador representing TurboTax locally as a fixture and public face of the brand
- 2Lead and participate in local marketing initiatives to make taxes accessible and approachable
- 3Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for simple to complex tax situations
- 4Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions minimize tax liabilities maximize refunds and offer future tax planning advice
- 5Deliver a best in class customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in client financial goals
- 6Interact with customers in person and via video communication tools addressing inquiries and overcoming tax challenges
- 7Work on-site at a TurboTax location Monday through Saturday for a minimum of 20 hours per week
- 8Maintain active EA CPA or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep knowledge of tax law
- 9Obtain PTIN as required by law and hold necessary state licenses certificates permits or bonds
- 10File 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software
- 11Demonstrate comfort working in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities
Requirements10
- 1Active unrestricted EA CPA or attorney license with 3+ years of paid tax filing experience
- 2PTIN and relevant state licenses certificates permits or bonds
- 3Bilingual English Spanish communication skills preferred
- 4Ability to work in front-facing retail environment wearing TurboTax uniform
- 5Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent customer service empathy
- 6Experience building local and online social presence creating tax content aligned with Intuit policies
- 7Entrepreneurial mindset ready to grow customer portfolio independently
- 8Proficiency with tax preparation software CRM/sales tools and technology
- 9Residence within United States
- 10Willingness to meet pay equity standards and compensation structure
Salary Insight
$67 - $75k per year
