Intuit seeks motivated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in US locations to serve as trusted advisors. This role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate tax needs while growing TurboTax’s client base.
What You'll Do11
- 1Be a Proactive Community Ambassador representing TurboTax locally and act as a public face of the brand
- 2Lead marketing initiatives to make taxes accessible and approachable
- 3Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for diverse customer situations
- 4Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and maximize refunds
- 5Create best-in-class customer experiences through professionalism and genuine interest
- 6Interact with customers in-person and via video tools to resolve inquiries
- 7Address client challenges while helping them achieve financial goals
- 8Maintain compliance with all tax regulations and professional standards
- 9Collaborate with TurboTax’s network of professionals and marketers
- 10Participate in onsite work requiring Sunday through Saturday availability
- 11Wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment
Requirements10
- 1Active unrestricted EA CPA or attorney license with tax preparation experience
- 2Valid PTIN and relevant state licenses or permits
- 3Minimum 3 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns annually
- 4Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax law principles
- 5Bilingual English Spanish communication skills preferred
- 6Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing
- 7Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- 8Proficiency with tax software CRM and sales tools
- 9Residence within the United States
- 10Willingness to build local and online social presence aligned with Intuit policies
Salary Insight
$67 - $75k per year
