What You'll Do8

  • 1Book domestic and international travel for employees and contractors, including flights, lodging, and ground transportation through Travelport and Concur.
  • 2Manage logistics platforms and travel booking tools to ensure accurate and efficient use, resolving disruptions as they arise.
  • 3Coordinate with Operations and Project Management to provide after-hours and weekend coverage for urgent travel or procurement needs.
  • 4Monitor procurement and logistics expenses to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities, evaluating vendor pricing and service levels.
  • 5Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency in procurement, logistics, and travel activities without compromising quality.
  • 6Maintain organized documentation for audits, reporting, and timely billing by Accounts Receivable using SAP and Excel.
  • 7Assist with reporting on procurement, vendor activity, and travel costs to support cost control initiatives.
  • 8Provide on-call support for time-sensitive travel changes, cancellations, and emergency logistics requests outside standard business hours.

Requirements9

  • 12+ years in procurement, logistics, travel coordination, or administrative operations.
  • 2Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 3Proficiency in Excel and standard office systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • 4Working knowledge of travel applications and/or experience with travel agencies.
  • 5Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • 6Effective vendor and stakeholder relationship management.
  • 7Cost awareness and analytical thinking for process improvement.
  • 8Clear written and verbal communication, with integrity and accountability.
  • 9Customer service experience is a plus.
