Overview

You will own corporate travel operations for Chadwell Supply, managing travel for executives and employees across 29 branches. You will negotiate rates, book flights, hotels, and car rentals, and optimize travel policies. This role reports to the corporate operations team and works hybrid after 90 days. What You'll Do7

  • 1Book flights, hotels, and car rentals using Sabre GDS and coordinate related activities for executives and staff.
  • 2Negotiate preferred rates with vendors including car rental agencies, hotels, and airlines.
  • 3Research travel deals and assess prices and services to ensure cost-effective arrangements.
  • 4Create and update corporate travel policies, and monitor compliance with travel budgets.
  • 5Prepare and distribute travel budget reports, analyzing spending patterns and identifying savings opportunities.
  • 6Arrange travel accommodations for business visitors and assist with urgent travel issues, including after-hours support.
  • 7Maintain positive relationships with vendors and resolve any travel-related conflicts promptly.

Requirements7

  • 13-5 years of experience in the travel industry, or a bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Travel.
  • 2Hands-on experience using Sabre GDS in a professional travel environment; training on the platform will not be provided.
  • 3Knowledge of travel management processes and corporate travel policies.
  • 4Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and MS Outlook).
  • 5Advanced verbal and written English language skills.
  • 6Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • 7Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
