Transportation Supervisor, IDD Transport & Scheduling

Own daily transportation routes for OSBI Participants with a focus on safety and compassionate supervision. Work on a Monday–Friday schedule with two daily shifts in Phoenix, AZ. Join a nonprofit DES/DDD licensed provider and collaborate with the Transportation Team to implement routes and ensure vehicle readiness. This role emphasizes communication with families and proactive reporting.

Lead transportation for patients within a behavioral health program environment at scale across inpatient and outpatient services. You will ensure a safe, supportive, and therapeutic experience during rides and coordinate with admissions and counselors. Manage Worxhub entries, dispatch, and trip data while assisting with driving duties when needed. Collaborate with care teams, residents, and vendors to ensure safe, reliable transport and adherence to policies. This role blends logistics with resident support in a onsite, contract setting.

You will own daily transportation coordination for Circle of Life Adult Medical Daycare, scheduling 25+ participant trips across New York City. You will direct 5+ drivers, manage real-time route changes, and serve as the primary contact for families and caregivers. This role demands precision under pressure, with a focus on safety and compliance. You will work onsite, Monday to Friday, and directly impact participant well-being.
