Requirements4
- 1Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited school.
- 2Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 3At least 3 years of technology transaction experience focusing on MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail.
