What You'll Do5
- 1Simulate contract negotiations and redlining exercises to test AI capabilities
- 2Evaluate AI-generated contract responses and provide precise feedback to improve model accuracy
- 3Develop objective scoring rubrics to consistently measure performance on contract tasks
- 4Partner with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI powered contract review
- 5Mentor junior team members and help scale best practices across cross functional teams
Requirements6
- 1J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
- 2Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 3Minimum of 3 years in house experience with technology transactions including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
- 5Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to translate legal insight into AI feedback
- 6Demonstrated interest in law and technology intersection and experience collaborating with multi disciplinary teams
