What You'll Do4

Requirements7
- 1J.D. from an ABA accredited school
- 2Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 3Minimum of 3 years in house tech focused transactions experience with MSAs NDAs and DPAs
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
- 5Ability to translate legal knowledge into clear feedback for AI systems
- 6Demonstrated interest in blending law with technology and innovation
- 7Experience collaborating with cross functional teams in fast paced settings
