- 5Partner with product and research teams to optimize data, guidelines, and best practices for AI driven contract review solutions.
Requirements5
- 1J.D. from an ABA accredited school.
- 2Active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 3At least 3 years of technology transaction counsel experience with MSAs NDAs DPAs APAs and SPAs.
- 4Strong written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
- 5Ability to translate legal expertise into constructive feedback for AI systems.
