Requirements5
- 1J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- 2Active U.S. bar membership in at least one jurisdiction
- 3Minimum of 2 years in the M&A practice of a corporate law firm
- 4Hands on experience with standard M&A documents including APAs and SPAs
- 5Superior written and spoken communication with sharp attention to detail
