Requirements5
- 15+ years of hands-on experience in M&A, corporate, or venture/securities matters with a law firm, corporate team, or investment entity
- 2Strong familiarity with operating in virtual data rooms like Datasite, Intralinks, or Ansarada on active transactions
- 3Deep knowledge of corporate governance documents with an eye for ambiguous or conflicting provisions
- 4Active JD and bar membership or equivalent legal qualification in the relevant jurisdiction
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex legal concepts clearly
