- 4Deliver structured, high-quality written feedback to support AI systems used by deal professionals
- 5Evaluate issue severity within realistic M&A transaction contexts and apply practical judgment to related contract types such as leases
Requirements6
- 1Minimum 5+ years drafting, negotiating, or diligence review of commercial contracts in law firms or in-house settings
- 2Proven experience with contracts in virtual data rooms during live M&A deals
- 3Strong understanding of deal-risk provisions including change-of-control, assignment, and termination mechanics
