Own the day-to-day delivery of targeted training programs for Maintenance Technician and Leasing Agent roles within multifamily housing. Lead the participant journey from recruitment through placement, ensuring high-quality, participant-centered experiences at scale in Phoenix. Collaborate with instructors, facilities, and employer partners to meet funding, reporting, and outcomes requirements. This role stands out by integrating job coaching and 12 months of post-placement support to boost long-term employment success.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and manage training schedules, instructors, curriculum, and materials for Maintenance Technician and Leasing Agent programs to drive consistent delivery
- 2Coordinate participant communications and onboarding to maintain a high-quality, participant-centered experience
- 3Monitor attendance, progress, and completion and support recruitment, enrollment, and orientation to meet program milestones
- 4Manage workforce funding and grants including WIOA and SNAP E&T applications, compliance, reporting, invoicing, and renewals
- 5Maintain program records and track completion and employment outcomes to demonstrate impact
- 6Foster relationships with participants to address barriers to training completion and employment
- 7Support job readiness activities and placement into targeted roles to achieve placement metrics
- 8Ensure alignment with employer expectations and multifamily housing career pathways
- 9Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and sustainability
Requirements5
- 12+ years of experience in workforce development, training coordination, or related field
- 2Experience coordinating training or participant-facing programs
- 3Experience with grants, government contracts, or workforce funding
- 4Strong organizational, project-management, and communication skills
- 5Experience with spreadsheets, databases, or CRM systems
Salary Insight
$55 - $60k per year
