You serve as the bridge between residents, maintenance staff, and management, ensuring every work order moves from report to resolution with clear communication. You schedule preventive maintenance, track inspections, and manage contractor access, keeping the property safe and operational. This role stays hands-on with daily operations while building systems for repeatable processes. You work onsite 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, reporting to the property management office in Fort Lee, NJ, but based in New York.
