What You'll Do10

  • 1Respond to resident and management requests for maintenance in a timely manner
  • 2Perform repairs and replacements in common areas and units to uphold quality standards
  • 3Assist with scheduling and performing maintenance and repair-related turnover events
  • 4Maintain exterior areas including grounds, breezeways, and common spaces
  • 5Conduct swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs
  • 6Inspect property daily to identify hazards and address issues promptly
  • 7Maintain preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life
  • 8Support safety programs and OSHA guidelines in daily tasks
  • 9Assist with unit inspections and inventory management
  • 10Maintain accurate records of service requests and make-ready status

Requirements5

  • 1High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2Basic computer skills and ability to perform on-site software functions
  • 3Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
  • 4Ability to climb ladders, lift 100+ lbs, and work in diverse environments
  • 5Reliable transportation for on-call emergency coverage
