Maintenance Technician, Property Services & Onsite Support
Overview
Owns basic maintenance tasks across vacant units and common areas at scale, ensuring move-in readiness and timely repairs. Works with a small team and reports to a supervisor while growing toward more complex tasks. This role emphasizes safety, standard operating procedures, and resident-facing professionalism. What You'll Do6
- 1Build and prepare vacant units for move-in readiness including painting and light repairs
- 2Address minor work orders such as changing light bulbs and fixing plumbing leaks
- 3Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies
- 4Perform general grounds maintenance and assist with trash removal and curb painting
- 5Support higher-level technicians and follow safety procedures and appearance standards
- 6Engage in ongoing training through eLearning and in-person sessions
