What You'll Do6

  • 1Build and prepare vacant units for move-in readiness including painting and light repairs
  • 2Address minor work orders such as changing light bulbs and fixing plumbing leaks
  • 3Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies
  • 4Perform general grounds maintenance and assist with trash removal and curb painting
  • 5Support higher-level technicians and follow safety procedures and appearance standards
  • 6Engage in ongoing training through eLearning and in-person sessions
