Overview

Own the design delivery and updates of training for Community House Managers and Direct Support Professionals at scale. Lead new hire orientation and ongoing education to ensure regulatory compliance and high quality care. Work with cross functional teams and leverage the LMS to track progress and outcomes. This role is onsite in Philadelphia with local travel and a focus on practical, hands on training and development.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and deliver New Hire Orientation and ongoing training for CHMs DSPs and staff using the LMS
  • 2Design and facilitate sessions covering CPR medication administration insulin management fire safety and regulator mandated training
  • 3Own scheduling coordinating and monitoring internal and external trainers and training facilities to meet class capacity and timeliness
  • 4Deliver follow up training collaborate with Residential Compliance and HR teams to close gaps in knowledge
  • 5Cross train staff to ensure continuity of training when instructors are unavailable
  • 6Track training completion and expiration dates using the LMS and drive remediation as needed
  • 7Ensure compliance with 6100 6400 regulations and ODP continuing education standards
  • 8Conduct in person medication administration testing ensuring secure and ethical processes
  • 9Maintain and refresh training materials ensuring accessibility and alignment with Pennsylvania requirements
  • 10Stay current with regulatory updates and translate them into actionable training content

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor's degree in human resources organizational development or adult education plus three years of experience or an associate degree with five years of experience
  • 2Valid Driver's License
  • 3ODP certification as a medication administration trainer or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • 4CPR trainer certification or ability to obtain within one month
  • 5ShRM CP or PHR certification a plus
  • 6Experience with learning management systems for content creation tracking and delivery
  • 7Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • 8Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
  • 9Experience with Adobe Captivate and Adobe Audition a plus
