Overview

You will execute and administer cross-border exports of agricultural and oil commodities for Cargill's Ag & Trading enterprise, ensuring timely and accurate document flow. You coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to resolve execution issues, while monitoring risk under general supervision. This role sits at the heart of the supply chain, connecting producers and users of grains and oilseeds globally. You will work independently on moderately complex issues, with occasional weekend and after-hours work. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

What You'll Do6

  • 1Coordinate, prepare, and send all export documents for timely clearance.
  • 2Align with external and internal stakeholders to resolve execution issues.
  • 3Monitor and analyze risk in export transactions.
  • 4Independently solve moderately complex issues and escalate complex problems to higher-level staff.
  • 5Work weekends, holidays, and after hours as required to meet deadlines.
  • 6Support cross-functional teams in a multi-cultural environment.

Requirements8

  • 1Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 22+ years of related work experience in export operations or logistics.
  • 3Working knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms.
  • 4Understanding of railroad and container logistics, plus grain and oil commodities.
  • 5Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performance.
  • 6Ability to work independently and take initiative with a sense of urgency.
  • 7Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to multi-task and prioritize to meet critical deadlines.
  • 8Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
