What You'll Do7
- 1Build and deliver age-appropriate curriculum and activities that spark curiosity and learning.

- 3Monitor each child's development across social, emotional, cognitive, and physical domains.
- 4Update parents daily on child progress and activities through clear and consistent communication.
- 5Track developmental milestones with accurate records and daily reports.
- 6Implement classroom routines that maintain cleanliness and order.
- 7Collaborate with fellow teachers to align on program goals and best practices.
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or GED required; CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- 2Prior experience working with toddlers or in a childcare/early education setting.
- 3Knowledge of early childhood development milestones and best practices.
- 4Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 5Ability to pass a background check and meet Pennsylvania childcare licensing requirements.
- 6Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
