Requirements9
- 1Minimum 18 years old with high school diploma
- 2Valid background clearance and YMCA/LBUSD access
- 3Completed health screenings and CPR First Aid AED certification
- 4Ability to work with children ages 3-6 in diverse settings
- 5Flexibility for schedule changes across multiple campuses
- 6Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- 7Experience with early childhood education practices
- 8Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
- 9Previous experience with TK kindergarten programs valued
