What You'll Do8
- 1Create nurturing learning environment to develop social interaction motor skills language and cognitive abilities using play based activities
- 2Assist with development of lesson plans tailored to children's needs and interests
- 3Utilize play based activities to teach children
- 4Conduct individual child assessments
- 5Participate in community outreach to maintain appropriate enrollment
- 6Maintain clear communication with teaching staff about each child's progress
- 7Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
- 8Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements7
- 1Completed 12 semester units in Early Childhood Education or Child Development including courses in child family community and child/family relations
- 21 year of related experience
- 3Child Development Associate Teacher’s Permit or in process
- 4Proof of required vaccinations from federal state and local sources
- 5Bilingual English Spanish preferred
- 6BLS CPR certification preferred
- 7Valid driving license and auto liability insurance for vehicle use
