What You'll Do8

- 2Lead circle time, arts and crafts, and outdoor play with Lead Teacher oversight.
- 3Adjust daily activities to support children with diverse learning needs.
- 4Track each child's progress and share updates with families during pickup.
- 5Coordinate with co-teachers to maintain a safe, stimulating classroom environment.
- 6Model positive behavior and conflict resolution for children and staff.
- 7Document incidents and observations in center's tracking system.
- 8Support nap time routines and transition periods between activities.
Requirements7
- 16+ Early Childhood Education units for Assistant Teacher roles.
- 212+ Early Childhood Education units or a CDA (Child Development Associate) for Lead Teacher roles.
- 3Experience working with children aged 0-5 in a licensed childcare setting.
- 4CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start).
- 5Ability to pass a background check and tuberculosis screening.
- 6Strong verbal communication for daily family-facing updates.
- 7Physical stamina to lift up to 40 lbs and move between classrooms.
