Title Processor, Real Estate & Title Insurance

You will own the end-to-end title processing for residential mortgage transactions, ensuring every document complies with local, state, and federal regulations. You will manage a high volume of title searches, tax certifications, and attorney opinion letters, clear exceptions at closing, and prepare Closing Protection Letters (CPLs) and Conditional Clear to Close (CTC) forms. You will act as the liaison between the company and external clients, coordinating with outsourced partners to quality-control title commitments and property reports. In this on-site role, you will work within a team of processors and underwriters, reporting to the Title Operations Manager. Own the full title production cycle for sale and refinance transactions, preparing ALTA statements, HUD-1 settlements, and closing documents at Brennan Title Company. Collaborate with examiners, underwriters, and closers to issue title commitments and policies, while driving files to meet settlement dates. Work onsite in Washington, DC with a tight-knit team handling high-volume real estate closings.
