You will own the end-to-end title processing for residential mortgage transactions, ensuring every document complies with local, state, and federal regulations. You will manage a high volume of title searches, tax certifications, and attorney opinion letters, clear exceptions at closing, and prepare Closing Protection Letters (CPLs) and Conditional Clear to Close (CTC) forms. You will act as the liaison between the company and external clients, coordinating with outsourced partners to quality-control title commitments and property reports. In this on-site role, you will work within a team of processors and underwriters, reporting to the Title Operations Manager. You will own the title file from sales contract through post-closing, preparing the Closing Disclosure/HUD and clearing title issues for a high-volume real estate closing team. This role demands precision under volume: you will manage multiple loan files simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines without sacrificing quality. You will own the full real estate closing process from title search to final recording at a 20-year-old settlement company operating across 6 states. You will coordinate lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers while preparing TRID-compliant documents and leading the closing table. You will use Qualia or Simplifile daily to clear title exceptions and balance figures.
