You will own the full real estate closing process from contract to funding, managing 20-30 residential and commercial files monthly. You will coordinate with lenders, Realtors, and attorneys to resolve title issues and prepare Closing Disclosures with accuracy. You will collaborate with a close-knit team of closers and processors in a high-volume title company. Your focus on detail and compliance will ensure every closing is clean and audit-ready. What You'll Do10

  • 1Process and coordinate real estate transactions from contract to post-closing, managing multiple files daily.
  • 2Review title commitments, lender closing instructions, and transaction documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • 3Identify and resolve title issues, discrepancies, and closing requirements before they delay closings.
  • 4Order and review surveys, sales contracts, estoppels, title searches, and payoffs to ensure completeness.
  • 5Prepare preliminary Closing Disclosures and settlement statements with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • 6Coordinate with buyers, sellers, Realtors, lenders, and attorneys to schedule and facilitate closings.
  • 7Disburse funds according to closing instructions and company procedures.
  • 8Maintain organized records for all transactions and post-closing documentation.
  • 9Stay current with industry regulations and continuing education requirements.
  • 10Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting the closing team.

Requirements9

  • 12+ years processing or closing real estate transactions in a title company, law firm, or mortgage environment.
  • 2Strong knowledge of title commitments, settlement statements, Closing Disclosures, and lender instructions.
  • 3Ability to review and resolve title issues accurately and proactively.
  • 4Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • 5Effective communication and customer service skills for all transaction parties.
  • 6Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • 7Proficiency with title and closing software systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • 8Knowledge of real estate regulations, compliance standards, and closing procedures.
